The biggest thing with any solution in regards to rehab is consistency. That being said, using regular bands or even lengths of Therabands like you might find in a PT clinic are still useful. The thing with Crossover Symmetry is they provide a more consistent resistance as the length extends where as a regular band's resistance (and in contrast assistance for things like banded pull ups) increases as it is lengthened.
